Can I head to any beach front for camping?

You could go to any beach, but you should only set up your camp in official camping sites. This is the standard practice here on Kauai. We will give you a list of the ideal locations to visit and to camp in. Please remember that driving on the beaches isn’t allowed on Kauai.

Is “wild camping” permitted or can we only go to designated camping grounds? If so, how much is the cost?
